.tcat and .smalltext not showing up

I followed Visual design guide from craig, and update the tcat and small text font color. When i updated the .tcat i was expecting the login box color tob e changed to green and .small text i was expecting the headers (Register/submit a ticket) to be changed to orange, but something else has happened.

This is how my site is looking:

Remove "url(<{$themepath}>/tablebg.gif) repeat-x top left" and it should work. Remember to hold Control and press F5.

Thanks Craig, that did the trick for login box, but the text is still orange and the header is still blue. Is there a different CSS where i can modify the heading of the text to different color? (Register/submit a ticket..blah blah headings)

Look for moduletitle id in the CSS template.

checked in clientcss, there is a tag called moduletitle:link i updated it. all the links updated with the color but register/submit a ticket are still blue :-(
