Is there something similar to this page for kayako, which lists all the variables available to the email autoresponder template?

Hi,

I'm not sure if this info is available online but you can check the source code to get the list of variables.

The file you need to check is "modules/tickets/functions_ticketmain.php" then go to the function sendAutoResponder();. Now collect each variable for every time you see a declaration like this:

$template->assign("ishtml", false);

This means that the variable <{$ishtml}> will be available on the template and the value will be "false"
