It seems the only help anyone wants to post here is "We do it for this amiunt of money" SO
I have figured out where and how to skin pretty well and as I have time I will start posting those in here so people can see
Most of the stuff is common sense where to find but some of it you either really have to look or know where it is.
Ill start posting this info as have time

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
Cheers!

Changing Icons - 01-07-2007, 08:55 PM

edit kbcat display in templates in admin panel to change icons

To change icons in Knowledgebase
find for instance all instances of "icon_folderyellow.gif" and change it to name of icon you uploaded

Header - 01-07-2007, 08:57 PM

Under General
Header
locate <td width="52%" align="left"><a href="index.php"><img src="logo.gif" border="0"></a></td>

Change the lgo.gif to your graphic and thats all there is to changing header
you may have to mess aorund with image size by using width & height tags to match up to your page but other than that simple enough

Footer - 01-07-2007, 09:03 PM

You can not only change colors of footer and mouseovers with images in footer and through the clientcss file but can add more below like I did for client on http://decalcity.com/support/
Find <TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=750 align=center border=0>
<TBODY>
<TR>
<TD><IMG height=26
src="image.gif" alt="SiteName"
width=750></TD></TR>
You can add whatever code want from there down to increase the footer like did on his site

Would it not be easier to just locate the logo.gif file on your server and change the .gif to your logo.gif. That way templates don't need to be modified. Just a thought.
