| Ticket Assign Modification -

Does anyone know how to make the ticket contents show when I assign a ticket to a tech. I need this so they don't have to log into the site just to find out the details. They can just do it and close the ticket when they have free time later. This will increase our response time. I have tried adding this field to the alert_ticketassign template

It has not worked. I have searched and come up with nothing on the forums. Any thoughts???
