Hi! Just purchased SupportSuite, and it seems exactly what we are looking for. I have one wish thou, that the user must first login to be able to see the other functions. Today, when you enter the login page, by default you will see - Register - Submit a ticket - Knowledgebase - Troubleshooter - News - Downloads - Login page We would like to remove the register menu item, since we will do all registrations manually. Also the user must first login to be able to see and use the other options/alternatives. No one without access should be able to see / do anything.. I hope this is possible since we cannot use the software if it's not! Best regards Andreas |
