Hi,
No one has shared these Language Packs yet but you can translate the client frontend under setup/includes/swift.language.xml and Admin/Staff CP under locale/en-us

Just translated it into german, but I'm still testing if everything sounds right (it's not too easy to make it clear for all users).
I will post the translation here when I'm sure to be done!

ich übersetzte gerade ebenfalls die Support Suite in Deutsch. Bin aber gerade bei der Hälfte ? Falls Du weiter bist, können wir uns die Arbeit ja teilen ?!

Russian would be absolutely great.
We are in the process of adding hosting for some churches in Russia, and the ability to have our help desk system be used by them in their native lanaguage would be great.

yes. i can export my german language file. but it´s still not perfect and correct. so if you want you can get it and we can finish it together ?!
i still have problems with german umlauts ...

Hi, have shared my german language file with other customers (5) for quality assurance. But i got no answers from them. It´s very disappointing, so i can understand, why not more people share their translated language files.
I think kayakoo must find another solution for internationalizing their support suite !!!

attached you will find a german version for swift and also a german language file für winapp. (supportsuite.3-00-13.deutsch.language.xml = import for swift)
