Does anybody have a french language pack that works with version 3.20.02?

Est-ce que quelqu'un a un "language pack" français qui fonctionne avec la version 3.20.02?

Unfortunately not, but the 3.11.01 pack is here: SupportSuite language packs in one thread - which should cover most of the phrases. If there are any missing, you can translate them yourself.

I can install the latest french language pack even if it's not for my version? Will I run into any problems?

You will run into problems where phrases have been added.

The best thing to do is to export the English language from the latest version of Kayako and then compare it to the older French language pack using a tool like WinMerge (WinMerge) adding the new phrases to the old skin. Remember to change the version it is for at the top when done.

Is the french translation of the Staff CP also available ? This one looks to be only for the "clients" web site...
