somebody translate the german language pack for supportsuite 3.20.02 STABLE??

It hasn't been done yet but you can do it using Admin CP -> Languages.

btw...the language pack from (for example) version 3.11.00 can't be used anymore in version 3.20.02?
What if there comes another update after 3.20.02? Like 3.20.04, should I then translate the whole XML file again?

It is advisable that you do not use old version language packs.

Good question. I do not think this is necessary although Kayako should provide a list of phrases it added/edited/removed in the changelog they provide with every stable build.

If Kayako would do this, a major problem of the language files would be solved.

I know someone who is translating the 3.20 version to German (not sure about the admin/staff panel) - I'll let you know as soon as the files are available.
