Release German Translation for 3.50.05 (Kayako Support Suite)

Nach einiger Arbeit und vielen Übersetzungen steht die aktuellste Version des Deutschen Sprachpaketes für die aktuelle Kayako SupportSuite Version zur Verfügung. Version: 3.50.05 (interne Rev 23)

Dabei werden folgende Bereiche _KOMPLETT_ übersetzt:

- User Bereich
- Staff Bereich
- Admin Bereich

Damit ist die Kayako bis in den letzten Winkel komplett auf Deutsch übersetzt und wird damit als Language Pack zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine ausführliche Installationsanleitung liegt dem Paket bei.

I am glad to present after hard work the complete kayako supportsuite german language pack. This package is for the actual supportsuite release v3.50.05 (my rev 23)

the following sections are completely translated:

- user section
- staff area
- admin area

with this package the complete support suite is translated in the german language an can used out of the box. I have put a proper installation manual in the language pack so you can easily install all necessary language files.

When I tried to install this on eSupport 3.50 I got a screen full of SQL errors.
I had to manually remove all entries from tables swlanguages and swlanguagephrases which were installed as part of this. Be careful!

i cannot verify your message. i always test all my translations. no errors occurred. please provide more informations

I cannot import German language file (client xml) in 3.50.6; nothing happens. Version disabled of course. What's wrong?

Hi!

Looks like I found the issue for "unable to import"...
client.xml has an duplicate entry:

"(Duplicate entry '3-tickethistory' for key 'languageid')Duplicate entry '3-tickethistory' for key 'languageid'Failed to Insert Phrases"

which occurs the SQL error by import on 3.50.06

I deleted the duplicated line in XML and it works instantly!!! May be, there where some changes in INDEX or IMPORT/EXPORT to have this issue...

Maybe nocare is able to fix the issue.

Hi,

When I try to import the language pack nothing happens at all. I also don't receive errors eventhough debugging is fully enabled.

Any idea's?

I know, this translation is only for the Support Suite but is anyone working on or has a translation to German for eSupport 3.60.* ?

I have taken an existing German language pack from here such sprachpaket deutsch für die Version 3.20.02 and have used the tool provided here Language Pack Update Tool to bring it up to 3.60.04

I am only testing Kayako at the moment, so I have not spend much time on it

hallo,

habe probleme mit den umlauten. diese werden nicht richtig angezeigt. muss noch etwas umgestellt werden? hast du eventuell die deutschen files von locale/de ?

besten dank im voraus an alle die helfen können. mach da schon eine woche rum

leider kann man diese Datei nicht mehr runterladen. Wird diese nochmals irgendwo zur Verfügung gestellt oder muss man warten bis eine neuere Version rauskommt??
