Make sure you have set the charset correctly under:

1) language phrase of your language pack
2) file - locale/en-us/en-us.php

FTP access?

I gave the control acess password. I have not changed any thing in my software , did not add any file or modified any file I am using English as default but as it is utf I should not have problem

By control panel you mean like cPanel / Plesk / etc right rather than just the Kayako Admin Area Access? If so, then update the ticket saying that and they will be able to use the same details to login via FTP.
