Release Spanish Language Pack

This language pack not only translates the Client Support Center but also translates the Admin CP and the Staff CP.

You will have to Import the language pack file (swift.language) under:
Admin CP » Languages » Import/Export

Replace the provided locale directory to the one existing on your server.

Hiren is there any way to toggle back and forth between languages? I have some staff that need the spanish staff CP while others need English.

To toggle between languages go into the admin area and then go Templates and then go into Manage Groups. Click settings on the group you want and thats how to switch between languages.

There is no way to currently do this. I have suggested it in the bugs / feature request area. See http://bugs.kayako.net/index.php?do=details&id=968 for more details.

the templated failed, im installs this files, and my admin show very bad, the (´) not show good.

que crees, que ahora la seccion de los clientes es la que esta mostrando mas los acentos, en donde puedo modificar igual para que me tome iso en ves de utf-8

Try to change the charset var in the header template. Maybe in your database UTF-8 is already set in some tables.

el chatset ya no me sale, creo que movi algo, y ahora los acentos ya me salen pero las ñ ya no, sabes donde se puede ajustar esto

Revisa viendo el código fuente de donde veas mal las Ñ y acentos a ver que sale el charset= , asegurate que no es UTF-8 , si te sale eso revisa la base de datos con el phpmyadmin puede sbuscar facil en toda ella y modifica las variables a ISO-8859-1
