I translated the liveresponse v3 app to spanish. You have to put the file spanish.xml, in your live app directory ( lang directory ) c:\programs files\kayako\lang Start the app, and go to TOOLS - OPTIONS - LANGUAGE - and select the file Enjoy it!  |

hmm, i must do something else? i just tryied toi import it and then after click import it loading for a bit and then it showing the languages list but the new language is not there, just the english default. Experience the Difference.....Experience our Planet. |

Did you place the file in this directory ? c:\programs files\kayako\lang |

there are no "lang" directory in the default installation, anyway i tryied to create a lang dir and put the file into it and havent worked. era mas complicado de lo que parecía :-) Experience the Difference.....Experience our Planet. |

if you have supportsuite, it has a desktop live app. When you install this app, you will see the lang directory Si tenes supportsuite, este programa viene con la aplicacion de chat. Es esta aplicacion de windows la que cuando instalas crea el directorio lang |
