Exclamation [urgent] language problem - 23-11-2008, 05:34 AM

Hi all,

I've had inserted new RTL language phrases before into support suite with no problem. and every thing was fine always.

I've changed my server to a new fresh one. and after installing kayako and changing phrases all I see is question marks instead of characters of the words or phrase like "???? ???????? ???."

Please advise!

(is this something with server or a problem with my installation or....?)

wah, this is really a big change...I thought nowadays UTF-8 is like a standard already?

Neorder: it is. However, many of our users have been using our products for years, since a time when UTF was much less common.
