This is taken directly from the Olate support website and has not been modified for release. Therefore, all images and stylesheets are referenced directly from the Olate website. You will need to edit the template to suit your own site.

Images and design are copyright Olate Ltd 2005 and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission. i.e. you cannot use images from the Olate website on your own website.

Note: If, when you view the demo, the pages appear messed up, clear your browser cache and then hit Ctrl + F5 to force the refresh. This is due to SupportSuite caching the CSS.

I'd like to modify my site with this template but have very little knowledge of .xml. How can I apply/use it? Is there a quick way?

Hi,

You can import the template into your v3 helpdesk using the import option in the admin section under:

Templates > Import/Export

No it certainly wont. The software has undergone numerous changes since v3.00.01.

Same situation sureshkumar.mr, this is a really old template not compatible with newer versions.

I need those templates to find out what are the files they have modified based on that I can proceed further.

You can't just import them in though. You need to totally recreate them.
