Hey there, been working with Alex.. (Sonny here) installing the product. Very helpful and fast replies!! Getting an error when creating a new assignment. There was a problem sending email to ... Once installed, I am curious as to its pratical functions. After setting up an assignment, I do not see any changes in how the ticket is assigned, or if any tasks were created from the ticket. Is'nt that the intention of this Module? Auto creation of tasks was an idea of sending specially formatted emails to supportsuite which then creates tasks instead of tickets, from the title and body of the email and assigns it to the corresponding and department. Thanks for the help and look forward to seeing additional modules |
