Hi Andrew,

This looks a lot like the attachments&assignments module Softair used to sell before going down.

Is it a tweaked version or brand new ?

Hi! Thanks for this comment. Indeed the module looks like one developed by SA in the past. But ours is a brand new one, created by our team of Kayako developers from scratch. We know what Kayako users might need, and since Softair is gone now - we decided to build our own module for the Kayako community. In fact we have more modules being developed right now. We will be announcing those in the nearest future!

Andrew, Holbi

Thumbs up Great service - 22-05-2008, 12:58 PM

I want to post my feedback for anyone considering using Holbi and/or these addons.

Firstly the addons are great, and add a lot of value, they were very easy to setup and just worked the first time.

Holbi answered all my questions very quickly and when I suggested a change, they did it and emailed me the file within a few hours, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

I would recommend their service to anyone considering customising Kayako.

What do you mean AUTO assing tasks, please explain.

Hey there, been working with Alex.. (Sonny here) installing the product.

Very helpful and fast replies!!

Getting an error when creating a new assignment.
There was a problem sending email to ...

Once installed,

I am curious as to its pratical functions. After setting up an assignment, I do not see any changes in how the ticket is assigned, or if any tasks were created from the ticket. Is'nt that the intention of this Module?

Auto creation of tasks was an idea of sending specially formatted emails to supportsuite which then creates tasks instead of tickets, from the title and body of the email and assigns it to the corresponding and department.

Thanks for the help and look forward to seeing additional modules

Hi Sonny,

Thank you for your ideas and comments. We will gather all feedback and incorporate it into our further development, so I think next month we will have this module updated.

In the installation manual you can find these lines:
_kayako_root_/modifications/attachments/download_file.php
Line 4, please change to the path to your Kayako configuration file

Please configure path to Kayako's configuration file.

Andrew, Holbi
