We just released another modification that allows Support Suite and eSupport Staff users to attach single or multiple files to a ticket note. Staff users can later download the attachments or delete them with a simple click. We noticed that Kayako users are really in need for this module and that there are two available products (Support Mods and Soft Air) advertised on the forums, unfortunately seems that some of them are still under development/testing. This module is not currently being developed by Dewak but we will surely do it in the near future since we are aware of this good opportunity. This is an excellent mod and easy to implement. Just be careful when adding both mods that Dewak created as they both use one file so you will have to merge the two files rather then over write them. Dewak, you may want to consider providing a merged file to anyone that requests both mods. |
