I had to reinstall autologon because of esupport upgrade to v3.10.02.

In the email there is no space/brake between the text and the link.
And the link is not clickable, You have to copy/paste it in the browser.

Do you know how to change both.

This modification does not work with 3.10.02

Does this mod mask the user's password? What happens if you do not want to display the user's password in any emails however you want them to be able to auto login from the link. Does this mod do this?

Currently I have turned off the setting where a user's ID and password is sent to them in the new ticket autoresponder because I do not want passwords to be sent via email so if the password is visible within the link this would not work.

Unfortunately this is the way this modification works, Kayako used to do the same on version 2 and they discontinued for security sake, however, we receive several requests from clients that are not that overly concern about this and we came up with this mod.

I found the following problem with autologon.mod:
If ticket is non exist anymore a blank page open when I click autologon link from email I suppose that some information that ticket is not found should be shown to user but not just a blank page.

Check the template. You must have made a mistake somewhere.

I just verified that if the ticket is deleted you DO get a blank page.
