Free AWBS/Kayako LoginShare Remember Me Fix

With the current loginshare if a users logs into AWBS using the Remember Me and goes to the support desk they will login successfully but if they close their web browser and come back later and try to go back to the support desk they will get Invalid Username and/or Password until they logout of AWBS and log back in...

For anyone that is using a AWBS and Kayako SupportSuite this modificaiton is critical. It is very frustrating for a client to use the "Remember Me" function when logging into AWBS and later receive an "Invalid Username or Password" error when trying to view or submit helpdesk tickets. This modification should be included in AWBS 2.7.4.

Is this the problem people have with Kayako and AWBS?

I use Kayako with AWBS for 2 yeas and its a nightmare. 50% users cannot log in, some do and then the same day cant. There are allot of posts here in Kayako and AWBS about this issue, never i could find the reason and now i found this? Are you guys sure the remember function is the problem?
Why i never heard of this, not even on AWBS and they where investigating the problem for a year. This mod fixes at LAST the Kayako login from AWBS?

I am noticing that if you change your email address in AWBS it doesn't automatically change in SupportSuite? Anyone know how to fix this?

By design, it isn't supposed to so there isn't a fix.

Does the LoginShare functionality of SupportSuite allow such changes? How hard would it be to implement? I'm not a PHP developer by any means.

I could be implemented, yes but it would require changing more than just the LoginShare code to do.
