I posted about this quite a while ago but never got around to finishing it all up in to a set of instructions. When you transfer a chat to another staff member, the chat is transformed in to a conference. You can continue to add in extra participants to the chat as well but there's no actual list of who's in the conversation still. This modification solves that. When you invite an additional person in to a chat, the top of the chat window will change to the screenshot below - listing the active participants. When people leave, they're removed from the list. When the conversation is just back to 2 people, the top chat info panel is returned to its default value.  Please see the instructions in the attached text file to apply it to your insallation. This modification is currently beta, it has been tested on the latest releases of SupportSuite. Would be great if a few people can test it to ensure I've included everything. IF NOT RUNNING SUPPORTSUITE 3.11.00 STABLE (not yet released) you need to apply my conference mode bug fix first for this to work correctly: Conference chats not showing "X has joined the conference.." This modification works well with my previously released modifications too: |

Not yet - just getting in early so I don't have to update the post later. So essentially - yes, you need to apply my patch in that thread first otherwise SupportSuite won't count participants correctly. |
