I just wanted to let everybody know that now that the latest stable version (3.30.01) was released, our team will update all free and paid modifications. Once all the modifications are tested for the latest version I will post here to keep you updated.

Hello everyone. DirectLogin is now available for Kayako SupportSuite/eSupport ver 3.30.02.

If you are interested in having this modification please send us an email to info[at]dewak.com and our Marketing and Sales Team will send you, free of charge, a zip file with the source code and an installation instructions document.

Hi,

I am having Kayako integrated with WHMCS. Do I need to do something in order for the WHMCS to work fine with the Kayako once the Directlogin is being deployed?

Are you trying to get them logged into WHMCS automatically?

Unfortunately the DirectLogin modification is only compatible with Kayako's standard login routine, if you have enabled a third party LoginShare the modification won't work. We are planning to develop a new version of DirectLogin that will allow you to use any of the configured Kayako LoginShares that will be released next year.
