Directing Departments to Certain Email - 08-01-2008, 01:25 AM

I would like to the ability for someone to select a "Check Box" or something that says they come in from a certain reseller and all those tickets be sent to a particular support staff or email.

For example, I have a reseller called "keycore" and any of his clients place a ticket in I want them flagged as his tickets and send an email to him or assigned to his staff memember.

So, on the ticket I guess I need a check box that says "Keycore Client Check Here" or something like that...then when they submit a ticket it would go to his support email address and assigned to his staff member...

Anyone have a clue?

Is this for tickets created from the Support Center web interface or from an external form which lies somewhere on your server?

This would be from the normal support ticket interface...

Make one department for him and he will be in charge
and in your settings you can do so?
