| Directing Departments to Certain Email -

I would like to the ability for someone to select a "Check Box" or something that says they come in from a certain reseller and all those tickets be sent to a particular support staff or email.
For example, I have a reseller called "keycore" and any of his clients place a ticket in I want them flagged as his tickets and send an email to him or assigned to his staff memember.
So, on the ticket I guess I need a check box that says "Keycore Client Check Here" or something like that...then when they submit a ticket it would go to his support email address and assigned to his staff member...
Anyone have a clue? |
