Question Due date entry on client ticket submit form - 06-06-2008, 06:20 PM

I'd like to add "Due Date" field that already exist in ticket fields:
  • next to priority field in General Information box or
  • below subject box in message details section
I believe it'll go in the submitticket code but I could not figure out exactly what and where to add the code.

Anyone did this before?

Hi,

Do you expect so set the Due Date manually? or just show a predefined Due Date?
You need to modify the php code for this section and the smarty templates.

Thanks. I just get back to this issue after some other projects. The due date will be entered manually since we'll use this for internal tracking and there is not preset period. I just saw the add-on/modification code at your web site and e-mailed you top request the code. I believe that will serve the purpose.
