I'm not sure if we had set up our system incorrectly but whenever we send a response for a ticket that is submitted by a customer, it would show our email address. This causes our customers to respond directly via email instead of to the ticket itself. How do we set it up to where our email address does not show up and any responses from the customer via email is linked directly to the ticket? Thanks! |

By "our" email address do you mean your staff profile email address or your email queue addresses which you wish to overwrite?
