Free eSupport Report v1.3 Now Available

Hi All,

I have updated our open source Kayako eSupport report. It can be downloaded from http://www.netarus.com/scripts/ (along with a bunch of other open source utilities).

Changes in this release:

Change the restriction on the number of tickets that are displayed per section
Show the Latest Notes for a particular ticket for those tickets that have activity on them. This is especially useful for summarizing what has transpired on a particular issue for staff members.
Fixed a few minor bugs
Added support for those who change the TABLE_PREFIX to be automatically pulled from the config file.
