Is it possible to install this on Windows?
Also is it possible to see what other it will show in the excel document? In the picture sample I only see Subject, TicketID, last replier, replies, last activity... what else does it show?

They are providing the mod for free and can distribute it this way if they choose to be honest. Holbi does it and when SoftAir was operating, they used to do it.

Sure, the modification works on Windows and Linux based Kayako installations, you can also export custom fields.

You can export a single ticket or the ticket list with all the fields that are selected on the Ticket View, plus ticket notes, custom fields, and the reports for Work Summary, Service Level and Response time.

Got it installed on our test server without an issue even with the different custom mods we have running. It's a great addition to the system.

Will probably install it on our live server within a couple of days.

Looking forward to trying out the some of the other mods from your company.

Thanks a lot!

Sorry - But could someone please tell me what to do with this PEAR-thing?
When I follow the link in the installation file I get to the PEAR page but that's it.

I honestly don't know what to do there or what to download and if I actually need it or already have it?

I am running Kayako on Windows?
You can see our PHP info

Dear mopa.. the best thing you can do is contact us, we will guide you on this process.
If you are running a Windows based php installation the PEAR files must be located at C:\php\PEAR. Then you need to add this directory to your php include path in the php.ini file. This should everything you need.

Best

Ah thanks that sounds fairly easy
But I still don't know what to get from this site
PEAR :: The PHP Extension and Application Repository
It seems like they have a lot of different packages. So which files do I need to download?

Talked with Dewak support and got the right files.
I have tested it and it works fine on my test site - so I will give it a go on the live site after looking through all the files to make sure I don't remove any other mods in the files.

But this mod is really great and very appreciated as we need something like this for our clients. Thanks a lot!!!

Thanks for your kind words mopa.
Just to clarify a little bit more the installation instructions regarding PEAR, what you actually need installed is the PEAR base system (PEAR :: Package :: PEAR) which is included by default on most PHP installations.
