Thanks Asiri! The module is an excellent option for extracting Kayako data and create custom reports, I hope this module will make your life easier at work =)

Hi Dewak,

Thank again for this mod, i've just a little problem with the FR langage.

If I export to Excel and I've word "chèque" or other word with french characters "é, è,ç,à, ù, ...", i've on the PDF

"chèque"

I use charset latin 1 with MySQL and Kayako 3.20.02.

I've you a fix for have the good charactere and not the latin1 code ?

Again thank for this mode.

Regards,
Damien

Dewak seems to have disappeared, they are not responding to emails or support requests anymore.

From what I heard, they got a lot of work too fast and are snowed under with it all. They appear to be getting on top of it now though.

Hi Andres, good to see you back. Got a bit worried there. I thought you might have caught the SoftAir curse . Looking forward to the features going into your new module.

Issue after Installation - 07-11-2008, 11:49 AM

Hi all,

I am having some issues getting this to work after Installation.

PEAR is installed on the server as per the instructions and is the latest version (1.4.3) and we have fully completed the rest of the installation.

The 'Export to Excel' option now appears on the left hand side task bar as it should; image attached.

However when I click the icon all I get is a new blank IE page...

Any ideas what I could be missing?

Thanks in advance all.

Kris

Hello Kris,

There errors are always related to the PEAR installation or "strange" PHP settings. The Export to Excel modification has been fully tested and works great. I will be waiting for your email so we can help you and hopefully have the modification working asap. (You latest email didn't come trough)

Best regards

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

Sorry for the late reply, I have been out of the office.

I have spoken to our IT team and they have installed the latest PEAR edition and followed the instructions I passed them.

I sent you an email with some screenshots attached. The first email bounced back, but the second one didn't so I am presuming it got through ok, can you confirm?

Thanks,

Kris
