hi, I want to put in a banner on the footer of my Dashboard » Templates » email_autoresponder template I tried to put in an image but to no avail i can see that the code was changed and i can even see it on preview but whenever i get the autoreply email it doesn't contain the image or text for that matter is there anything else i should be aware of to make this changes? |

I saw this on the kayako site. Where can I edit the Autoresponder Message?  Solution You can edit the AutoResponder message under Admin CP > Templates > Manage Templates > Tickets > email_autoresponder.The Language Phrases for same can be changed under Admin CP > Languages > Manage Phrases Article Details Article ID: 92 Created On: 26 Oct 2005 09:01 PM I did try this one out but it didn't work. |
