If you have Kayako into a Joomla wrapper, your users won't need to login into both applications anymore. This modification allows users to get logged into Kayako automatically if they are already logged in Joomla.

It is more than a LoginShare and more of a full integration. Contact SoftAir directly for more details as they are not around here much these days.

Hi,

I was reading your post and was wondering, does this module work if we include Support Suite through "jumi" plugin iframe using classic php iframe, is it possible that login looks just like it is now at our test page Avalon Premium Hosting .
Also if the page is refreshed and similar does your logon still works, I mean that the session isn't lost until is lost with joomla too.
