Price of this module 80 USD, we will start sales of this module 14-th of may, ones who order this module now will receive 20% discount on the sell price. To order this modification please visit the link in my signature or write email to kayako[at]holbi.co.uk

Kayako - Joomla integration complete, works great - 20-05-2008, 02:34 PM

I started the integration process with Andrews company last Friday, and by that afternoon the process was complete.

The integration runs in a Joomla wrapper and is seemless. Once a user logs into Joomla, the credentials pass to Kayako to be validated. Once the user logs out of Joomla, the permissions to perform and privelidged task is Kayako is restricted.

The Kayako login box was completely removed per my preference for a modest charge. The solution to me was very affordable. I asked for a few customizations and were handled in a very timely manner and discussed over email or instant message. My tech rep/programmer was outstanding, couteous, capable, and professional.

I am completely satisfied with work and with the cost of the product. Worth every penny for me.

Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Very cool, but I would recommend using a wider template for your demo, because the current one cuts off way too much of the screen. Kayako doesn't fit inside the wrapper very well on a thin template like the default Joomla template.

I would be happy to provide a link via email or PM to anyone looking at this type of integration. It looks great on my Joomla website.

Hello everyone,

Here is some good news about the module Joomla->Kayako autologin.
Right now, all links that come to users in emails (autorespond and etc) will be opened inside of Joomla wrapper. It will force users to use only Joomla login to review theirs tickets and to post new ones.

Andrew, Holbi
