Free KB View Mode in Staff CP Dashboard

This mod will list Private News, Knowledge base, Downloads and a Stats Tab on the Staff dashboard.

New screen shots to come.

Visit link below and use the password listed. It is case sensitive.

Because we have allot of tickets. I had a time or two when I had to scroll down the page to see them all. I didn't really like that idea. So I came up with an idea to make them collapsible and scrollable.

I also went ahead and made the New Chats number linked to latest chat history.

Download the file below, unzip and upload to Kayako-installed-directory/modules/core

*NOTE* Remember to backup your old file before you delete or overwrite it.

Hi,

Thanks for the mod. I've set it up on 3.10.02, but seem to be having an issue. We have 85 articles, it displays the first 12-15 fine, but it only displays the next 10 after that, and the font size is close to 50.

Are these articles are all private?
Do you have any html code in any of these?

There are a mix of private and public articles. Also they are all in html, most with images.

Someone created a php file that will display the staff stats here: Quick Stats..

I was wondering, it would be a good idea if this replaced the ticket stats on the dashboard. I'm not sure if it's as easy of copying and pasting the code and modifying some colours etc.

Ok, this mod only displays the private items. The html could be the problem. Not real sure. Can you PM me a screen shot if you don't want to post one here.

Also I did like the stats mod. We have added it and changed it to fit our needs. Just download the file again and replace it.

I was also wondering if there was an actual limit on the articles that could be displayed. I seem to have around 84 private articles

Check your article from 08 Jun @ 09:39 AM, that's the one to break the rest in the list.

Seems you have not closed <h1> tag or so all contents further goes as <h1>, in huge letters

Thanks, that's seemed to fix it, however it does not display all the articles, only the ones that will fit into the frame:
