My guess is, these are the ticketstatusid's from the swticketstatus table.

The out of sync numbers probably mean you added and removed status' at some point. Screen-shot attached of mine if it helps.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
Cheers!

If you are talking about changing the numbers to be sequential (no gaps), I'd defer to Kayako on that as I've no idea what kind of havoc that might create, especially if those (now missing/deleted) status' have old tickets attached to them. I *think* they write that stuff to the db at the ticket level.

Tread lightly....

I've asked about re-arranging data in dropdown lists (like make them a-z after I've added entries over time) and I'm waiting to hear back from the devs on if something as small (seemingly) as that create problems in my older tickets...

Unfortunatly, as it requires code changes, it is not possible to implement this mod when using Kayako on their hosted platform.

I downloaded this mod and think it's nice with a little extra.

However I added a private download file and it is being showed as (1) as you can see in the picture - but there is nothing being shoved in the Download area...

How come?

Hi,

Just wanted to say that you've created a great little addon.

Should have been there all along!

Great work.

Hello All, sorry for the lack of support on this. I will be investigating the known issues since the release of the new build. I will update the thread with my findings and what needs to be done to get working.

I have a new baby girl in the family now and just been busy and enjoying my time with her as she is my first child.

Regards, Jeffrey
