Free Modifying the Leave A Message Option

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to work out how to change the "Leave a Message" option in Live Chat.

Basically I need to remove the ability for a user to enter a subject and have this specified by the code as we have these come into an email box but want to be able to split them out, i.e. change it so that the Subject is "Live Chat Unavailable Message" or similar.

Does anyone know which template I need to edit?

Edit the "leavemessageconfirmation" template. That should do the trick

I've been looking at that template for a while, must be having an off day cause it's early and I just can't work out what I need t change so it add's the prefix before the subject entered in by the user.

Any advice?

You will need to edit the template and save the subject field as hidden in the form. That should do the trick.
