Hello, Everyone!

Today we present for your attention a new module, created by our team to personalize communication between client and support team.

It’s not complicated in application or usage and it was created to visualize the process of using chat.

To start using this module, you just need to add your photo (it’ll be displayed as an avatar) along with your position (displayed under your photo) in Staff editing Section in Admin panel and confirm adding.




After that you or your client simply initialize the chat and start communicating.



This module is created for the clients not only to make the dialog more personalized, but also to add some part of face-to-face communication.

I purchased this module from Holbi and got it installed last week. It is working great for our company. We are an inbound call center and I am trying to push online chat and Email support instead of people calling in every time. Most of our customers like to hear a live voice but by placing a picture of my analysts I am hoping they will use chat more. I have seen a small increase in chat requests but it is still too early to tell.

Overall the service was excellent. Alex was able to set it up in just a couple of hours. We ran a few tests and got it going without any glitches. The module is so easy to use and we are very satisified with it.
