Today we present for your attention a new module, created by our team to personalize communication between client and support team.
It’s not complicated in application or usage and it was created to visualize the process of using chat.
To start using this module, you just need to add your photo (it’ll be displayed as an avatar) along with your position (displayed under your photo) in Staff editing Section in Admin panel and confirm adding.
After that you or your client simply initialize the chat and start communicating.
This module is created for the clients not only to make the dialog more personalized, but also to add some part of face-to-face communication.
