Okay so I was able to download the file using FF (weird). Can someone help me with some simple instructions on how to apply the patch file that was recently added?

Posting Kayako source files, even patched, is against the terms of the license agreement, Siora.

I don't think the OP had modified an existing source file, but it appears as though he cut n' pasted our file header and copyright notice at the top, though.

Absolutely, but having the patched version of the non Kayako file report_stats.php, might be nice.

Or am I misunderstanding the ownership of the module?

I installed the Mod and the straff mode does not display the filter options or data.

The blue filet box is empty. Any ideas?

My problem in the previous post was resolved by applying the patch. I missed that the patch in the thread. It took some doing to get the patch to apply since I am working in a Windows environment.

You will need to download the windows port of the Unix Patch utility at the following:

http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/patch.htm

You will also need to place the patch utility, the original report_stats.php, and the report_stats_3.30.02_patch.patch.txt file in the same folder. You will need to open the patch file with WordPad and resave it as Text Document – MS-DOS format.

Then run the following command:

patch -u report_stats.php report_stats_3.30.02_patch.patch.txt

This will update the report_stats.php
