Thanks. I doubt I will be doing any more development on this. If anyone wants to improve it and post the changes that would be great.

It's been thrown together a bit so the coding isn't outstanding. I'm not looking for awards or medals LOL. ... but saying that I'll happily accept a beer or two! ROFL.

I might add some things when I get a chance. A little busy with other things right now.

The customer stats are definitely interesting though. Our top customers are around the ~450 mark. At 20th place, we're only just getting to those with under 100 tickets/replies.

I had the same problem opening the archive in windows. Worked fine in Linux.

I also had a problem with it not displaying any data. I found this was due to it expecting dates to be in DD/MM/YYYY format (not sure why). I changed the mkdate() arguments on line 114 from:

.mktime(0,0,0,$fromDate[1],$fromDate[0],$fromDate[2])." AND `dateline` < ".mktime(59,59,23,$toDate[1],$toDate[0],$toDate[2]);

to

.mktime(0,0,0,$fromDate[0],$fromDate[1],$fromDate[2])." AND `dateline` < ".mktime(59,59,23,$toDate[0],$toDate[1],$toDate[2]);

and it works like a charm.

staff_reports.php modifications - 01-08-2008, 04:36 PM

I am not able to modify staff_reports.php as it is an encrypted file. Do I have to contact Kayako Support to get this or can someone here provide it?

I am using version 3.10.02

Hi aironz,

In order to have access to the majority of the source code you need an owned license; this is a specific license feature. All leased licenses are entirely source-encoded.

Can't anyone upload the file so some of us using Windows can unzip it?

What happened to what you used to do before providing individual files on request?

No; distributing raw product code is a violation of the EULA. The only exceptions are where mods are released which contain existing product code (not pre-patched files). In the case where mods contain product code, the mods are reviewed and OKd on a case-by-case basis.

The only cases where we will provide decoded files to those who do not hold an owned licenses are for:
  • LoginShare related files
  • files that need editing in order to apply a bug-fixing patch that we provide

Jamie, I was asking for the windows version of the mod itself as I am not able to unzip the one that is posted...I was not asking for Kayako files.

Great addon.

It's cool if anybody can add Staff filter feature (like Department report of Kayako). It's hard to navigate if you have dozens of staff.

I could not extract the files myself. If someone could zip the files and re-upload them.
