Would it be possible to somehow filter the staff members being showed? We have like 10+ people that have access to the staff but only three of them are actually replying to tickets. So it would be nice to be able to filter those people "away" from the list. Would that be possible? P.s. Nice mod though - Thanks  |

It would also be nice if this counted sent tickets (tickets created by the staff) like phone tickets. |

I've done everything on this thread and patched the file but i'm still getting a blank screen when I click the menu link. Any ideas ? |
