Paid A new module for Kayako

Hello, Everyone!

Today we present a new Kayako based module to you!

This new module allows listing ticket’s content according to its importance.
The list of ticket's posts is displayed on the screen, in the right column there was added a star for each post. The star denotes the status of each post.

The user clicks at this star to mark post’s status as Important (favorite post) (the star will be of a red color) or Unimportant (the star will be of a yellow color).

To find the post, marked with red star, the user should activate functionality View favorite on the top of the list. The system will display the list of posts according to the system’s settings in Kayako.

To see all the marked with red star posts, the user has to activate functionality View all favorite on the top of the list and the system will display all the favourite posts.
