I am very pleased with Softair with the office status for the London Academy of Media, Film & TV.

It's a great addition and would be nice to see this as default in future Kayakoe versions.

The team were very fast to set it up for me and assisted with training on how to use the.

Let me take a second to reflect upon the great work of SoftAir. I will admit that at first I was skeptical, but I have been wrong before and I was definatly wrong now. JC and Daneil worked on this module to ensure that it worked great for me. You can view this on my website if you wish:

I hope that this is not considered advertisment, because it is not intended to be.

JC and Daniel worked via MSN chat to ensure that I was satisfied with the system. Now, all my clients can see all my staffs status with the click of a button, and see who is where, (as can ). I recommend this mod for anyone who has an office full of staff, and wants to ensure to the clients that they are hard at work, and customer satisfaction!!

I gotta say SoftAir is THE Best Kayako Customization Company I have ever worked with... They are very professional and they care about their customers they go the extra mile to make sure you are completely happy with your system.. I even made a suggestion to add AIM/MSN/YAHOO/SKYPE to the Office Status so that for example you could go too mine at https://www.xesupport.net and click on Office Status and then next to my name would be a AIM and MSN Icon if you click on the AIM it would automaticly open a AIM Window with my ScreenName pre-filled in so you could quickly send me a IM.... If I am set to Offline then it would obviously not be clickable... And they are very happy to take on this challenge so can't wait to see the finished product.

Don't bother...DEWAK is coming out with another one shortly at which point you can purchase theirs. Softair doesn't exist anymore so you won't get any support.

Yeah you can get it from one of the members here but it won't be supported. It hasn't been modified since version 3.10. Their site is active but there are only two employees left. The rest have left and started www.dewak.com.

Cheers, Just stumbled accross their website - doesn't have as many mods as the soft air one. There are 2 in particular i am very interested in - the live office and the Clients & Staff Management Module - much appreciated if anybody could send them to me

Remember they have only been in business a month or so so it may take a while to create a selection of modifications.
