I'm sorry, I had the same problem today.

I figured this out myself.
What you need to do(widgets.php):
Insert:
Code:
$department = $_SWIFT['tgroup']['departmentid'];
Over:
Code:
$_widgets = array();
find:
Code:
index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit&step=1&departmentid=1
replace with
Code:
index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit&step=1&departmentid=$department
And tadaaa.

Same for client_submit, but you need to rename the variable to something like $departmentidr, because $department is used there already.

I didnt actually want to steal your work, I just downloaded the mod and fixed this myself wihtout reading the last posts. T_T
(If you dont want the solution here tell me, I'll delete it then)

Great Mod btw, saved me alot of coding myself

The widget.php file does not work with the new version (3.11.01). Softair said that they are recoding it but I have yet to hear back from them. Hopefully JC will be able to shed some light on the issue.

The problem I have is in relation to permissions. I have the following settings for the Guest user group:
  • Can View Submit Ticket Widget: Yes
  • Can Submit Ticket: No
When an unknown user clicks the "Submit A Ticket" button, they are prompted to register an account. With the SoftAir changes implemented, a Guest is forwarded to a blank page with no message nor option to create a ticket.

Anyone who is logged in with a valid account is able to see & use the one-step ticket function.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
