I wanted to remove the Admin CP link from Staff CP. I think I did this properly, but if someone wants to validate I'm not breaking anything else.  Modify: \themes\admin_defaultcpheader.tpl Remove this bit: Code: | <a href="<{$swiftpath}>admin/index.php" title="<{$language[admincp]}>" target="_blank"><{$language[admincp]}></a>
Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |

Can't connect to my server just now, but it should be under the root of your (owned) eSupport installation. C:\esupport\admin_default\themes Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) Are you making this change becase you are worried staff would try to access the admin even thou they should not be able to based on username and pass assigned? |

Not really. I want the "real estate" you can add links there to other pages/webapps and we use a bunch of web based apps regularly. I like having them right there on the page (vs using a bookmark) and getting rid of admin (which staff don't need anyway) frees up a little more space. (see screenshot) Anyone that wants to find admin could look here or the kayako website.
