Ok, the updated Joomla LoginShare has been included with this mornings CVS build. It will be included with the next stable too.

Mahesh has made some changes to this LoginShare module and it has been reviewed; it will be included in the nightly CVS builds.

Actually he pinged it back to me to make some changes which I did then sent it back to him and he included it. I have checked the latest CVS and it is there.

If I have the Joomla CMN under the loginshare, does that mean if I fill out the information for my Joomla install that it will pass the login information to Kayako?

It will mean that users can login to Kayako with the same details they use for Joomla.

Will they have to login twice? I am trying to understand all of this with our site and wanting to make sure I have it down before redesigning all of this.

Thanks.

Yes, this is a login share solution, not a cookie share one.
