How much do you charge for installation of the module? I have a license but haven't reinstalled it since the latest kayako build release.

Do you still have a modded installation?

Where can I download this 3.30 compatible version cause when I go to supportmods.com login to my account and go to download TicketPay - Zend or TicketPay - ioncube tells me I can't as my upgrades is expired.

You will need to purchase support points then as each modded install is different. We also have a reseller program now, so if you are on a tight budget you can use someone outside of our company.

Thanks for the info but how do I know how much support to buy if I don't know how long it will take to install. Do you have a rough estimate?

Siora, I would say to purchase an hour, should not take longer then that. If it does not, then you will have extra points, if it takes slightly over an hour then like I said, I am not going to make you buy another one, unless it is more towards that 2 hours mark. Please note, the queue is backed up to a Wednesday install as we have quite a few people moving to version 3.30.

okay just read the first post and sorry doesn't say anything other then that current customers accounts will be moved over within 1-2 days and that was posted on 10/06/2008 and its now 10/27/2008 and so over 20 days well over the 1-2 days and my account still hasn't been transfered over dont know about everyone else.

I went to new site login page and clicked on forgot login details entered my email address and got this back "Error: No account was found for that e-mail address."

Please reread #4 . You missed most important part the AND in the sentence: 4. We have moved licensing systems as mentioned above, that means you will need to register for an account located here: Burroughs Consulting - Customers - New Account if you are a current customer and within 1 to 2 days we will move your account over to the new system. You can continue to use the old system, but once we take the licensing system offline, your TicketPay will no longer work with the old system.

okay well needs to be worded right because way sounds is if new customer create account but if existing customer would be moved over 1-2 days... So based on how it was worded I was waiting for it to be moved over... Anyway I created an account yesterday.

Doubt it considering that files are modified.
