USER REGISTRATION TURN OFF / USER & PW SENDER by Soft Air

We have developed a small yet creative modification for your Kayako. This modification allows you to either hide the logon window on your Kayako or display the logon window and still permit autologon.

How it works?

Option 1: Logon Window enabled
User receives the autoresponse after ticket submission. There he will receive a link that will allow him to login into Kayako. He won't find a logon window in the Kayako main page.

Option 2: Logon window disabled
User receives the autoresponse after ticket submission. There he will receive a link that will allow him to login into Kayako. He can login into Kayako either using the link in the autoresponder or in the Kayako main page logon window.

Both options are prized at US$49 and includes:

1. User and pw sender
2. Necessary Kayako templates modifications
3. Installation
4. Testing and delivery
5. Unlimited support

Please be aware that the <autosender> will send your clients user and password Kayako logon information through the Internet. You are the solely responsible to evaluate if our <autosender> meets your security requirements. Your kayako autoresponder must be enabled.

Yes, just got mine installed also. They did a great job (and quick) as always!

Now my SupportSuite install works without the client having to login. I've wanted this feature from the beginning.

Does this work by encoding the username and password inside the link in the autoresponse mail?
