2 strings that just won't translate - 16-03-2008, 06:29 PM

I have translated all the strings of the supportsuite to a new language, but no matter what I do, the e-mail that is sent out after x hours, warning a member that their ticket is about to be closed, still contains the original strings;

Department:
Priority:

Every thing else is translated in this e-mail, but not those two stings. I have edited all occurrences of this in the templates in the database, but they still stay the same when the e-mail is sent. Does anybody know if there is a file or anywhere I can edit this e-mail directly?
