Hi, everytime someone sends an email eSupport opens 2 tickets with 2 different ticketID's. You can see it on the image attached. I have no catch-all email adress, only forwarders that gets directly piped to eSupport. Does someone had a similar problem and knows how this can be fixed? Best regards, YouCMe |
