I have to say I am unimpressed with the 3.04 point release. I assume this was pushed out due to some critical issue, but I expected much more in this stable release. The time frame between releases with such small change really concerns me as to the dedication to this product. I see you added a new "Qoute" drop down in the Quick Insert, I suggest that it should have gone to the right of the available drop downs so as not to interfere with people's habit patters. We expect the predefined replies to be far left, now it's been bumped to the right by the addition of a new drop down which I'll rarely use. UI design, don't change people's habit patterns if you don't have to! I also don't see much if any (maybe one) of these issues addressed in this update. I sure hope 3.1 is SOON to follow. The Kayako time warp is painful! |
