3.1.0 when ?? - 19-05-2006, 07:49 AM

I've read in several threads that it will be only in this version (3.1) that the problem with automatic logins be fixed ....

ie. when customers get an email with a link back to the helpdesk they won't get that "Incorrect user/password, you must log in first" message that confused every single customer.

So when is version 3.1 coming out? We have paid hundreds of dollars for this software months ago and still cannot use it because of this 'bug' or lack of feature (which WAS available in 2.x apparently)

Hi,
Now that v3.00.81 is ot, The next build is v3.1

The auto login has been added since v3.00.80 I think, Please search the forums. Neil posted some how tos regarding this. It now works for both autoresponder and staff replies.

Hi Varun,

The only missing part to the auto login it directing the client to the actual ticket - currently it will only allow for auto login direct to the full ticket list.

Actually, khoffman did it here:

Create links in ticket emails that auto login and go to the ticket
