Here's another one. Ticket opened with support (#HJI-765395). I have created a seperate group (Home->Templates->Insert Group). I have given the group a different company name. (Home->Templates->Manage Group->the group->Settings->Company Name). I have created a mail queue (Home->Mail Parser->Insert Email Queue). I have assigned the group to the queue (Home->Mail Parser->Manage Email Queues->the queue->Queue Template Group). Now I send an email to the parser to create the ticket. The ticket is created and the autoresponder sent. At the bottom of the autoresponder, the company name (Home->Settings->General->Company Name) is used instead of the one assigned with the template group. The queue autoresponder is not recognizing that it is supposed to be using the template group that was assigned to it. How do I get the autoresponder to use the Company Name that I have specified in the "group" assigned to that queue for the autoresponder text? I received a response from Kayako support on this one. The templates are not programmed to use the Company Name field that is assigned on the Template Group screen. So entering a company name will have no affect on the templates within the group. If you want your email template to use a different company name, you will need to manually modify the appropriate templates. It can't be that difficult. Does anyone know the name of the variable that specifies the Company Name field on the Template Group screen?
