So am I to assume that if we are running any version previous to 11 that RAW passwords are stored in the cookie and not encrypted?

Is it only on my version that save & reload does not work?

When editing a template and choosing save & reload - the site reloads fine but it does not save the changes.
The normal SAVE-button saves fine though.

I've restored my templates and rebuilt my cache and the owner's box is still not being sorted.

Hi,

Please you have to sort the staff from Admin CP >>Staff >>Mange staff >>Full Name. If still face the problem feel free to ask anything else we can help you with.

I sorted the staff using this too, clear the cached, checked the templates and still the same. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know it sounds trivial, but can you make doubly sure that all your files have been replaced with those in the 3.11.00 package and report back?

Jamie,

I am having the same issues as jpuff. Have a full clean files install, reset all templates, cleared cache....but still no luck, i.e. staff listed in creation order in drop-downs and not alphabetical.

As per jpuff's comments....is there anything else to try?

In the Downloads - under manage category I am not able to delete a category as when I press the delete link - nothing happens due to an "error on page":

Status change problem - 06-08-2007, 02:52 PM

Upgraded to 3.11.00 stable.
Does anyone else have 'status change' issues. Upon staff reply, our status now falls back to default. Note that my personal option is set to "Unspecified" so that's not the issue.

I think this is another teething issue that will be fixed when the next update is made in a few days.

This is why software companies should "eat your own dog food" (use your own software) PRIOR to release. The fact Kayako uses an old version of SupportSuite themselves is a huge failure in that they won't be aware of issues as they don't even use what they sell. Once again, Kayako is lucky, they have the ultimate role model - vBulletin. You'll see a new version of vBulletin running before it is released, they use it themselves BEFORE they push it out for production. They show their confidence, they can test the quality, they simply do it right. Kayako simply does it wrong time after time after time, they simply do NOT LISTEN! They have no commitment to quality, security, or customer satisfaction!

Jamie explained this in another thread. Because of the fact that a check needs to be done to make sure the user has an active support contract, this modification has to be implemeneted EVERY time they upgrade. Because of this they don't often upgrade.
